Cassie and Louis Fan Club Letter 5
Dear Newly registered and Life members,
Well, its been 3 months since the last news letter (sorry, life with 2 kids gets a bit busy), therefore there will be four (that's right, 4) emails following with pictures of both Cassie and Louis.
Well, again a lot has happened in the Ready household. Louis is now almost 6 months old, has his first tooth and said Dad (but more along the lines of "DadDer") for the first time last night (21st of July2002). He hasn't said Mum yet, but that will be soon to follow. He has also had his Christening, with most of this issues photos of that event. He is working on his performing portfolio to try and be as accomplished as his sister. He can currently say "DadDer", and several other goo goo words that only he and his sister seem to know. He can also roll over and then back again (crawling will be soon), he's working on the sitting up trick, not quite there yet. His master performance at the moment is his little smile, he is such a happy little chappie, and has everyone saying how cute and happy he is. His sister can currently make him burst out into fits of laughter.
Cassie has been quite busy as well. She now attends "school" (day care) 2 days a week. Has already got a boyfriend there called Riley. I am gonna have to keep my eye on this one, she is such a heart catcher. The girls there tell us that this little Riley follows her around all day and looks out for her, comforts her if she is crying, does everything for her. She is also now potty trained, she had been working up to it for a little while, then from not using it at all, we decided to just put some undies on her, and ever since then she has been great, uses the potty all the time, doesn't even need a nappy at night :) She also loves her little brother so much, plays with him all the time, brings him his toys, then "shares" them with him,
i.e. gives it to him for 5-10 minutes, then has a play with it herself, then they move onto the next one. During car rides, she holds his little hand so he doesn't get upset. Plus, if he has had a bottle at all while she has been around she then spends the next hour getting the bottle out of the fridge cause "he wants some more bottle now Dad!!".
